I would suggest going for Drone Interfacing III then Tech 2 light/medium drones (ie Scout Drone Operation V) then finish off Drone Interfacing.

Another detail to remember, is that training times increase exponentially as level increases: you can train 31 new skills from 0 to 3 in the same time it takes to train a comparable skill from 3 to 5.
